LETTER OF INVITATION – ARZACHENA EVENT

Travellers from other countries who are going to participate in World Triathlon Cup Arzachena, they need to get a certificate to enter in Italy to be in compliance with the provisions settled in the Ministerial Decree.
The certification will be issued only for athletes, coaches, sport delegations, managers, technical officials, media, technical staff accredited for the World Triathlon event.

To receive the letter of invitation required for your travel, please send your request to gabriellalorenzi@fitri.it completed of the following mandatory informations:

1. Name ans Surname as it appears on your passport
2. Date of birth
3. Sex
4. Passport number
5. Passport expiration date
6. Qualification (coach, athlete, support personnel, etc)
7. Name and address of your accommodation while in Arzachena
8. Date of arrival in Arzachena
9. Date of departure from Arzachena
10.Email address to receive the invitation letter

If you need a direct support with the Consular Authorities please send the above informations to gabriellalorenzi@fitri.it by specifyng the references of the Embassy in order to manage the consular protocol through the Italian National Olympic Committee.

Local Transportation

AIRPORT TRANSFERS:
The LOC will provide transfers for Elite Athletes, Coaches, World Triathlon Staff and Technical Officials from the Olbia-Costa Smeralda airport to their hotel, and from their hotel to the Olbia-Costa Smeralda airport, with provision for bike transportation.
All transfers must be registered by Saturday 22nd May 2021. Unfortunately, bookings cannot be accepted after this date.
