The 2016 CAMTRI Junior and U23 Championships will be hosted in West Des Moines, Iowa on July 9, 2016. The course features a 1 loop swim, a challenging bike course of 4 5k loops, and a 2 loop flat run. Summer in West Des Moines, Iowa is generally hot and humid with temperatures averaging 80+ F / 30+ C.

Both races will be competed in sprint distance.

The event site is located several miles from the nearest hotel. Please plan on renting autos.

The event briefing will be hosted at 15:00 on Friday, July 8, 2016 at Valley High School Performing Arts Center, 3650 Woodland Ave, West Des Moines, IA 50266.
