 Each relay team will be composed of 2 women and 2 men, with each member doing the half sprint distance.
 The next team member must be tagged at the designated tapping zone.

Getting to Subic Bay Freeport:
Subic Bay Freeport is accessible by land travel from the NAIAirport (Terminal 1, 2 or 3) in Manila; which is about 2½ hours travel via NLEX and SCTEX; or from the DMIAirport in Clark Airfield; which is about 45 minutes travel to Subic. There are direct flights to Clark from Taipei, Bangkok, Busan, Incheon, Kuala Lumpur, Kota Kinabalu, Beijing, Shanghai, Osaka, Singapore and other cities in Asia.
